Tuesday 8th October

Embarkation took place at Lighthouse Pier in Oban this afternoon. When all guests were safely onboard, we set sail for our overnight anchorage in Ardtornish Bay.

Wednesday 9th October

During breakast, we cruised into Glenmore Bay for our morning visit to Ardnamurchan Distillery, Scotland’s greenest distillery, where guests enjoyed a guided tour and tasting.

Returning to the ship for lunch, we rounded the Ardnamurchan peninsula and plotted a course for Tobermory, Isle of Mull. Our afternoon visit to the Isle of Mull Cheese Farm allowed guests to learn how the local cheeses are made by hand and taste the artisan spirits produced using the whey, a by-product of the cheese making process.

We anchored overnight off Kilchoan.

Thursday 10th October

Ashore at Armadale on the Isle of Skye, guests explored the ruins of Armadale Castle and the woodland gardens.

Lunch was served at Kinloch Lodge, an award-winning restaurant nestled among the hills of Skye, before returning to the ship later in the afternoon.

We arrived and berthed alongside in Kyle of Lochalsh in the late afternoon, where we remained overnight. Entertainment was provided this evening, after dinner, in the Tiree Lounge.

Friday 11th October

We spent the early part of this morning cruising north, on passage towards Shieldaig on the shores of Loch Torridon.

Gentle strolls in the village helped guests to work up an appetite for lunch at the Torridon Hotel.

Guests relaxed on board as they enjoyed a late afternoon cruise on passage towards our overnight anchorage in Upper Loch Torridon.

Saturday 12th October

From our berth at Kyle of Lochalsh, guests travelled to the oldest continually inahbited castle in Scotland, Dunvegan and savoured lunch at the world renowned Three Chimneys restaurant.

We remained alongside overnight in Kyle of Lochalsh.

Sunday 13th October

After breakfast, morning walks ashore on the Isle of Rum gave guests the opportunity to explore this wildlife haven.

Our afternoon port of call was the pretty village of Inverie for walks ashore and refreshments at mainland Britain’s remotest pub, The Old Forge.

We anchored overnight in Bloody Bay off the Isle of Mull.

Monday 14th October

The tiny Isle of Ulva played host to morning walks ashore on this traffic-free haven.

We spent the afternoon cruising on passage towards Craignure, Isle of Mull for our evening Champagne Reception at Duart Castle hosted by Sir Lachlan MacLean.

During the Farewell Gala Dinner we sailed to Oban where we berth alongside overnight.

Tuesday 15th October

Guests disembarked in Oban after breakfast and we wish them a safe onward journey.
