Charles Rennie Mackintosh’s architectural masterpiece of Hill House turns art into a home. Be inspired by the unique building, interiors and collection designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh and Margaret Macdonald Mackintosh in the ‘Glasgow style’. The newly discovered Mackintosh Club in Helensburgh is his first complete commission dating back to 1894. The red sandstone building contains many features which can be seen as forerunners of Mackintosh’s greatest building, Glasgow School of Art. Set amidst magnificent west Highland scenery, Loch Goil forms an arm of Loch Long and a coastal section of the Cowal Peninsula.
